Isolation Suite

The Isolation Suite is a unique innovative customisable double-glazed partition wall system offering fully customised isolation rooms to the health care industry.
Isolation suites can be configured to fit seamlessly into new builds and retro fits.
The suites can be installed as individual units or in continuous configurations.

Bolted Point Fixed Glazing

Bolted Point Fixed Glazing is where glass is supported from either steel columns or glass fins, using propriety (?) fixing bolts and spider brackets.

This type of glazing can be installed in single, double or triple glazing formats and can be very striking and give a fantastic clean appearance to the building facade.

Structural Glazed Solutions

Structural glazing is a system of bonding glass to a building’s structural framing members utilising a high strength, high performance silicone sealant specifically designed and tested for structural glazing, dynamic wind loads are transferred from the glass, by the structural silicone sealant, to the perimeter structural support.

This allows a broader Architectural design flexibility increases the thermal efficiency of buildings, because the exterior exposure of metal framing is either reduced or eliminated, reduces or eliminates water and air infiltration also reduces the potential for thermal breakage of glass.

Brie Soliel

Brise Soleil – This is exterior sun shading, to either reduce direct sun light or simply as a building feature.

These can be made from a variety of materials including aluminium and glass.

Cladding & Rain Screen Solutions

As part of our ‘Complete façade Solutions’ we can design, manufacture and install all forms of building cladding including Stone, Equitone, Clay Tiles, all forms of aluminium cladding such as solid sheet, aluminium extrusion and ACM (only Fire Rated, FR version, not PE).

As glazing is our core business, we do not take on cladding projects unless we are installing the glazing also.

Windows & Doors

Duggan Systems are the largest manufacturer of commercial aluminium windows and doors in Ireland, with our in-house production lines able to manufacture up to 800m2 per week.

We manufacture a wide range of systems along with our own bespoke systems.

Unitised Curtain Walling

Unitised Curtain Walling is, as the name suggests, large panels of factory fabricated and glazed curtain walling, sent to site on artic trailers and craned into position.

While time consuming in the factory to manufacture, the site installation time is much quicker. To stay ahead of the site installation teams, manufacturing must begin considerably earlier which requires plenty of space for storage. Unitised is a more expensive option on a glazing cost per square meter, but when factoring in the time saving on site for the main contractor and the potential earlier finishing of the building, then this option is often more advantageous. Our manufacturing plant has two dedicated unitised lines and can produce up to 600m2 per week.
