CRESCENT SHOPPING CENTRE

The Crescent Shopping Centre is one of the oldest Shopping Centres in Ireland. It underwent major expansion and renovation from the late 1990’s to present with the extension of the Garryowen Mall (on many occasions) and the complete upgrade of the old 1973 building. We provided all glazing to the entrance areas, rooflights and many shop fronts also.

GRIFOLS EUROPEAN HQ

An Administration building, and international logistics centre and an albumin processing facility, linked together with an architecturally designed link corridor made of glass and aluminium cladding all provided by us. The phase 1 administration building façade incorporates external glass fins that sit perpendicular to the main glazing and are coloured Grifols Corporate Blue.

ADARE MANOR HOTEL GUEST ACTIVITY BUILDING

We designed, manufactured and installed a beautiful bespoke structural glazing system, complete with glass fins for the stunning Guest Activity Building at the five star Adare Manor Hotel. This building complements the fabulous 19th Century Hotel Building and the world-famous Championship Golf Course, home of the 2027 Ryder Cup.

CORK COUNTY LIBRARY

A Stunning Twin Wall Façade, comprising of stick curtain walling on the inside with opening vents, and a moveable glass louvre bris soleil on the outside, which rotates to the direction of the sun. The façade responds to the local climate ensuring comfortable environmental conditions at low energy costs.

DIAGEO PROJECT PHOENIX

We were responsible for all glazing to the new Guinness Brewhouse at the historical Dublin site, and all the cladding to the new iconic Raw Material Handling area, including the entrance and exit canopies. The Raw Material Handling Building is a prominent feature on the new ever changing Dublin Skyline.

GOETHE INSTITUTE

A very interesting façade, which contains a mixture of insulated double glazed cladding and triple glazed vision units, all containing a bronze mesh insert. This building has been nominated and won numerous awards.

EURONEXT, IRISH STOCK EXCHANGE

This development links two adjacent buildings together under a lovely rooflight, where we provided all works including the required structural steel and the opening sections. We also provided the vertical curtain walling, including the brackets for a wire mesh system that will encourage plants to grow in front of the glass five stories high. This project took a considerable amount of planning as the site, located in the heart of Temple Bar, was very constrained.
