A stunning building in the heart of Dublin City, combining the old and the new, this was a refurbishment and extension project. A stand out feature of this building was the unique design of bespoke aluminium cladding, a first for Dublin! This building is certified as LEED Gold.
We designed, manufactured and installed over 1000 unitised frames, including pre-fabricated corners, along with approx. 500m2 of double height stick curtain walling, all soffit and parapet cladding to this new office block in Sandyford, Dublin.

We designed, manufactured and installed Stick Curtain Walling, Windows, Doors, Cladding and a bespoke feature Bris Soleil held in place by a tension cable system, for this landmark building is Dublin’s Grand Canal Dock area. This development is a mixture of Grade A commercial space and 46no. high end residential apartments.
We designed, manufactured and installed over 4000m2 of Stick Curtain walling, cladding, windows and doors. This building, named after George Sharp, the 19th-century portrait figure painter, features a striking contemporary glazed façade.
We designed, manufactured and installed Stick Curtain Walling, Punch Windows and continuous glazing to this building refurbishment, which was a winner to Irish Construction Excellence Awards. A particularly striking feature is the design of the bespoke glass fins to the entrance screen.
We designed, manufactured and installed over 750 unitised frames, including pre-fabricated corners, and feature cladding fins, along with approx. 1000m2 of stick curtain walling, all soffit and parapet cladding to this new office block on Dublin’s South Quays. Approx. 3000m2 of DSL System Rainscreen cladding was also used.
Located on the peninsula that separates Grand Canal Dock from the River Liffey, the layout of this strategic urban quarter has been carefully considered to create a development of distinction, with a variety of high-quality public spaces and exemplary building designs.
The scheme includes three residential buildings, a cluster of three office blocks and a pavilion building on the waters’ edge, arranged around two significant public spaces of contrasting character – a sheltered square, surrounded by buildings on all sides, and a large, open park with expansive views of the water to the north east of the site. The public realm is activated by social, café and cultural uses located at ground and first floors, which are intended to serve both the schemes’ occupants and the wider community.
At the heart of the Silicon Docks, this former An Post site has been transformed into a state-of-the-art commercial development, very much in keeping with the success of this Dublin 2 city quarter. Certified LEED Platinum, the Sorting Office features a lovely Unitised Façade, with endless ‘Infinity’ glass balustrades, and a stunning centre piece rooflight over a 7-story atrium.
