DCU NANO RESEARCH FACILITY

The NRF is a state-of-the-art facility comprising of custom-designed laboratories, a range of specialist support units and equipment, and dedicated technical and administrative staff. It enables DCU researchers, visiting research teams and industry to collaborate, enhancing the process of bringing research from concept through to final prototyping and ultimately commercialisation. We completed all glazing elements and the associated Trespa and GFRC panels.

NUI MAYNOOTH EDUCATIONAL HUB

A new building for the staff of Freobel, Education Department, Adult Education and the centre for Teaching and Learning, we provided all glazing and cladding to this building, using a Bi-Modular curtain walling system, with integrated Terracotta Tiles, Aluminium Cladding and a combination of Aluminium and Terracotta Bris Soleil. The triple height atrium space provides a great feeling of space when entering the building.

Voted Ireland’s favourite building at the RIAI Irish Architecture Awards 2018, this is the most advanced clinical healthcare simulation centre in Europe. We provided all glazing, cladding, infinity glass balustrades, bespoke twin wall glazing and cladding and punch windows and doors to this amazing design.

UCC WESTERN GATEWAY BUILDING

On the site of the old Cork greyhound track, we completed all external works to this massive building. We also completed all glazing and cladding to the atrium which runs the whole length of the building. We designed a bespoke bi modular unitised system specifically for this project.

BLACKROCK FURTHER EDUCATION INSTITUTE

A stunning building where the old meets the new, we provided all glazing on the project, including a stunning atrium joining the old Blackrock Library to the new College. A striking feature of the building is the addition of bespoke wire mesh panels protecting the multiple opening sections.
