THE REFLECTOR BUILDING, 8 HANOVER QUAY

We designed, manufactured and installed Stick Curtain Walling, Windows, Doors, Cladding and a bespoke feature Bris Soleil held in place by a tension cable system, for this landmark building is Dublin’s Grand Canal Dock area. This development is a mixture of Grade A commercial space and 46no. high end residential apartments.

A stunning student accommodation in the heart of Dublin City, we designed, manufactured and installed windows, doors and feature profiles to the façade. A particularly striking feature is the Courtyard’s unique glazing and colourful cladding, making it a lovely outdoor space for students.

CLANCY QUAY RESIDENTIAL

MOXY HOTEL

Located just off O’Connell St. in the heart of Dublin City Centre, this beautiful renovation consisted in applying a new façade and two extra floors to the existing building. The main elevation consists of unitised window wall and a glass and aluminium external twin wall façade. By using unitised window wall, the on site weathering date was considerable reduced, thus allowing the internal fit out to commence quicker in the programme.

UCD STUDENT APARTMENTS

The construction of four universally accessible 5-story apartment blocks, these building house 350 student residences. We provided all windows, doors, curtain walling and coloured cladding to the four blocks, which achieve a BER A3 rating.
